The Pontiac G8 is a big rear-wheel drive sedan built by Holden in Australia between 2008 and 2009. It is actually the left-hand drive version of the Holden Commodore VE, built mainly for the US market.
The Pontiac G8 was available with different motorisations and trim levels. The top model was called Pontiac G8 GXP and had a 6.2 litre V8 engine with 415 hp taken from the Chevrolet Corvette instead of the 6.0 litre V8 from the Holden Commodore VE.
